It's fairly rare for someone to call 911 up there because of the "lazy" card - since you can get a ride down from the truly lazy, either the train or those who drive up there to eat donuts.
It's usually the peeps who try it in the winter and have to decide whether to freeze to death or break into the mall. And those guys are charged.
